What are your normal delivery hours in Dortelweil?
Our local florists usually deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.
What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery in Dortelweil?
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 15:00 in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.

Is the recipient’s phone number required for delivery in Dortelweil?
A local phone number is strongly recommended and may be required in some cases. It helps the florist arrange delivery if there are address issues or access problems.
Can flowers be delivered directly to a hospital room?
Direct room delivery is not always allowed. Many hospitals require flowers to be left at reception, the ward desk, or another designated area.
Can wines or champagne be substituted?
Wine, champagne, or similar drinks will normally be supplied according to the selected type, such as red, white, or champagne, although the brand may vary if necessary.
Can cake delivery be refunded if delivery is unsuccessful?

Should I order earlier for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day?
Yes. During major flower holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter, and International Women’s Day, it is strongly recommended to order as early as possible.
